Cartilage is protruding inside my nose, so I think I'll need revision surgery. I'm thinking about the shape.. I want the nasal tip to be a bit more dramatic.. The nasal tip is so round like that, and my nostrils are completely uneven. If I get revision surgery, can the nostrils be corrected..? If I make the nasal tip more dramatic, would the roundness of the nasal ala also be corrected a bit..?
