I want to use donated costal cartilage rather than autologous costal cartilage, so I wanted to hear from people who know about it... Donated costal cartilage probably depends on luck too, but my nose is very low, so I need to use costal cartilage. Is donated costal cartilage really not good? Autologous costal cartilage scares me a little...
