Before<surgery before>After<surgery after>After<surgery after>It’s already almost been 300 days since I had 3 types of facial contouring! Just 3 more months and it’ll be 1 year.. After surgery, I gained a bit of weight, and it felt like my cheek fat had increased, so I paid a little more attention to my diet because I was trying to lose weight, and I think my facial contour is showing more beautifully!!! If I hadn’t had facial contouring surgery, I think I would’ve been cautious about dieting too.. I would’ve worried that if I lost weight, my cheekbones and square jaw would stand out more, but after facial contouring, I’m happy with how it looks as I lose weight, so I like it It was the moment I understood why people say surgery and dieting have good synergy when done together.. (Cutting down on sugar, fighting!!!!) Also, maybe because I’ve mainly been eating a healthy diet, looking at the photos, it seems like my skin has improved a lot too But I still have a long way to go.. I’ll work hard on dieting and skincare, and when I reach the 1-year mark, I’ll upload even prettier photos haha
