I was considering LAMS, but ended up getting my thighs done a year ago. I’m not sure the effect was dramatic, but it wasn’t bad. If you don’t have huge expectations, I recommend it! The scars are still there a little, and since it was surgery, I think it’s something I have to accept. They’re covered when I wear underwear, so they’re not very noticeable. If you get liposuction, I really, really hope you get scar laser treatment!
