Swelling After Hump Nose Surgery

I had hump nose surgery, but when the swelling goes down, does the area where the hump was shaved usually get more swollen, so it still looks a bit humpy even after surgery? They shaved down the hump, put in a 3 mm silicone bridge, connected it with something thinner than 1 mm on the nasal bridge, and slightly raised the tip with septal cartilage, but my nostrils are more visible than before surgery, so even as the swelling goes down, it still feels so awkward
