It has been one month since I had bulbous nose correction, short nose surgery, and forehead fat grafting with customized silicone by Director Kim Da-alm at Obli Plastic Surgery! Customized silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage were used. I was told they put 5 mm in my nose, and during the consultation they recommended customized silicone because they thought my nose would come out prettier with customized silicone rather than regular silicone, so I went ahead with customized silicone. It was also nice that I could see what I would look like after surgery in advance through 3D virtual simulation. When I went for the consultation, I brought photos of what I wanted, and I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line with a slightly rounded feel, not a pointy nasal tip. After the swelling went down, people at work, acquaintances, and family all said in unison that it turned out so natural and well. Even a friend who had tried to talk me out of nose surgery said that if it came out as natural and pretty as mine, she would want to do it too!! When I visited the clinic recently for my one-month follow-up, they were also very attentive with aftercare! If you want a naturally pretty nose, get it done at Obli.
