I had a hump, so they rasped it down and put in silicone, and my side profile became almost straight The clinic says it can't be helped, but that it looks pretty, while I was thinking of getting revision surgery because I don't like the line that goes in and comes out starting from the glabella. Would it be too major of an operation? They did also recommend autologous fat grafting, saying it would be good for the overall balance.

If you were all getting rhinoplasty, what shape would you want? I really prefer something natural, so it doesn’t stray too far from my own image, but then the nasal tip isn’t set very high, so I wonder if that’s why it tends to droop…
