I'm thinking about using autologous rib cartilage for my nasal bridge, but I'm debating whether to use solid autologous rib cartilage or rib cartilage particles. Solid autologous rib cartilage has a risk of warping, and I read reviews saying that if rib cartilage particles are absorbed irregularly, the bridge can become bumpy like a hump nose. Has anyone had surgery with either of these methods and is now a few years post-op? Whether positive or negative, I'd like to hear reviews from a few years later.
