Are there many cases of side effects like the nasal tip dropping? People usually say autologous costal cartilage is firm, so the nasal tip doesn’t droop, but when I had rhinoplasty with silicone before, my nasal tip drooped and became like an arrow nose. If I have surgery with autologous costal cartilage, would the risk of drooping or things like that be lower?
