I finished my revision surgery at ㅇㅇㅂ with autologous costal cartilage haha It was my 3rd surgery.. I have a question: if you have surgery with autologous costal cartilage, does the nasal tip droop or the nasal bridge get lower? For my second surgery, I used donated costal cartilage, and at first the shape was pretty, but it became an upturned nose and the line got lower too, so I had it redone.. I’m worried, so I’ve been looking at the app and this community all day
