I had surgery once, but it turned out too natural The dorsal hump and droopy tip that were my complexes are still there I did it without an implant, but since they tied the cartilage and all, it’ll definitely be much more expensive, right? I should’ve gone somewhere that would make it pretty from the start.. I regret only pursuing a very natural look.
