Before surgery, I was really stressed because my nose was crooked and my columella came down too much when I smiled. After surgery, it feels like only exactly what needed correction was fixed, natural but also glamorous? When I first saw the director, he took one look and didn’t recommend anything unnecessary. He told me how it would look pretty if we did the surgery, and that this would be enough, so I think I felt reassured. After surgery, people around me say I somehow look prettier. I’m waiting day by day for the swelling to go down. (I did the DM here)
