The dark circles under my eyes are seriously awful, so I use concealer every day.. If I don't wear makeup, I look like someone who stayed up for 3 days I don't think it's an age issue because I was like this even in my teens I guess I was just born this way Lately I'm interested in under-eye fat repositioning, but if I get it, will the dark circles completely disappear? If it doesn't work even after doing it, then why bother? But if it's effective, I want to do it...
