At first, I didn't even look into clinics and just went to the hospital where my friend had good results, and got the buried suture method. It came undone in less than a year; When I was going to do it again, I should have looked into it more, but I'm not really that sensitive by nature, so I just went back to the same hospital without thinking much. Then they recommended double buried sutures and epicanthoplasty. Again, I did it without thinking much. That epicanthoplasty ruined my eyes It left a permanent scar. The double buried sutures also came undone, and only the back part of one eye was left looking like a wrinkle, so I lived like that for years. Then I finally made up my mind and had revision surgery last year with an incisional double eyelid procedure and ptosis correction~ But I guess my personality doesn't change; while researching online, I only consulted at exactly one place I liked and booked the date right away; I thought since it was incisional, it wouldn't come undone.. but after a year, it came undone again... My eyes aren't extremely difficult, and my skin isn't thick.. But thinking about why it came undone, I realized I dislike having the correction done strongly, so I chose a place that said there wouldn't be much swelling after surgery and that it would look natural.
Actually, even during my third surgery, when they suggested ptosis correction, I didn't know what it was and just thought they'd take care of it well, so I did it; Anyway, even incisional double eyelids can come undone;; I was just going to live with it, but last year I poured all my money and vacation time into the surgery, and now that it came undone and looks similar to before, it feels unfair. So this time I'm going to search really hard and get revision surgery.
I hope everyone doesn't look into things roughly like I did, but researches well and has pretty, successful surgery.
