I'm looking into hospitals for under-eye fat repositioning surgery. Does Director S C H at ㅇㅂㅈ do a good job? I feel like it won't be possible to book with the head director.. Director J Y also gets mentioned a lot, how is he/she? It's my first time getting plastic surgery I have been continuing to go for consultations, but it's difficult.
