Hehehehe before-before-after, it’s been 2 months and a few extra days!! I had surgery with donated rib cartilage for the nose, an incisional alar reduction, and an additional tightening with thread for the alar reduction. My nasal tip was compressed and I had a bulbous nose, so during the consultation we planned to raise the nasal tip as much as possible, and that’s how the surgery was done. What stressed me out the most was that my nose looked wide from the front, and now that my nasal bridge and tip are higher, my image feels more defined and also more masculine! I was told that 4 mm was placed in the bridge, and I didn’t know my nose could become this high, but people around me are also saying it turned out well. I keep thinking, why did I only do it now? After having surgery this time, I really felt that fillers are not something you should do in the nose.. They’re effective only if your nose is already pretty decent to begin with; for a wide nose or low nose like mine, surgery really is the answer.. Aside from not being able to do intense exercise yet and not being able to pick my nose freely like before, there isn’t really anything uncomfortable.
