I had my first surgery without thinking it through, so if I have surgery again it’ll be my 4th one. I really don’t want to have surgery anymore, but I feel like I could live with it if only the nostril show from the slight contracture and the alar wings improved..?
If I only do columella lowering and the alar wings, will I end up needing revision surgery anyway? I’m worried because once you touch the alar wings, you can’t reverse it
I’m curious about people who had their alar wings and columella done a long time ago.. How is it? I’m scared that touching the alar wings might become a problem if I end up needing a 5th surgery
