Before/after/after/after/after/after Before surgery, when I was just still or when I smiled, my nose spread out and looked big, and it looked big in photos too, so I was really stressed and got surgery. At first after surgery, it was so hard to breathe and my nose felt so stuffy, but now the swelling has gone down so much that I barely even remember that time, and I have more height, so I’m really happy. I feel good that just one nose can change my image to look this mature.
