For my first surgery, I had silicone + ear cartilage (so-called augmentation rhinoplasty?), sorry, but is there anyone here who had surgery with the same materials and then had them removed..? I went urgently to a clinic near my house, but they said because it’s been a long time, removal is a bit tricky, and because of the ear cartilage, the tip/middle of my nose (the center of my nose) could end up protruding in a rounded way.. Of course, I’m planning consultations with the big three too, but I’m scared.. It’s been 13 years....
