Busan Consultation Review

I wanted to get my nose done, so I went around for consultations. At the first clinic, ㄷㅁ, the director was really kind, but very conservative. After looking at my nose, they said it was small, so I shouldn’t even put in 3 mm of silicone. It seems like their style is to make it look natural. I wouldn’t recommend it for people who want a glamorous nose or a big change. Still, the director looked over my face really carefully and clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t. At the second clinic, ㅅㅍ, they said that even though it was my first surgery, they would use septal cartilage, and if that wasn’t enough, they would use donated costal cartilage. They said they would decide after opening up the nose during surgery, so I was a bit taken aback. They said the silicone would be between 3.5 and 4 mm, and the cost was higher than the first clinic. I recommend it if you want a glamorous nose.
