I had both my first surgery and my revision surgery here, and I was unhappy with the nose filler I had gotten, so I wanted it removed. Rather than just another procedure, I thought I should raise the nose height altogether, and with almost no information about rhinoplasty, I got a consultation after seeing that it was a closed approach and an ENT specialist, plus the blog’s before-and-after portfolio, then went straight into my first surgery. It was septal cartilage plus silicone, and after surgery my nose became too long and my face looked longer. Before the consultation, the manager had for some reason strongly urged me to make sure I asked them to shorten my nose.. Even after 6 months, the swelling between the brows did not go away. Before surgery, I asked what would happen if complications occurred, and the doctor told me that if I kept in frequent good communication with the clinic, complications could be prevented, so not to worry. I believed that and had the surgery, and right after surgery I kept coming back for treatment and appointments for 6 months because of blood pooling between the brows, but they kept treating me like a difficult patient who kept coming in over nothing and seemed annoyed. When I said my nose had become too long, they said my own nose was originally long. I have never once in my life been told my nose was long, lol. After surgery, they always made me wait an hour and a half to two hours longer than my scheduled appointment time. That had never happened before surgery.. Anyway, I got fed up and just lived with it, then eventually had revision surgery. I didn’t want to do it here this time because of the doctor’s rudeness, so I went around looking at other places, but in the end this was the only place good at closed-approach surgery, and I ended up having revision surgery here again. This time I was very specific about what I wanted before the surgery, and the shape seems not bad for now. As expected, the doctor is still annoyed by patients and treats them like a nuisance.. The consultations never lasted more than 3 minutes, and if I asked any extra questions beyond what I had already told the nurse I would ask, he really disliked it. There were even times he answered nothing and just walked out lol. The only times he was somewhat kind were the very first consultation before surgery and the day of surgery. He is professional and good at surgery, so even with that careless treatment, I still went through with revision surgery lol. Post-op patients are already anxious and emotionally worn down about everything, but he finds questions bothersome. Even follow-up after surgery is only done at three-month intervals after the stitches are removed lol. Anyway, to sum up: the doctor is good at surgery, but aftercare is extremely careless.
