The chief director only tried shaping the line on my left eye and said everything I wanted could be done. There was no discouraging of incision, eye correction, semi-out, upper canthoplasty, or lower/rear canthoplasty. (At other hospitals, they did discourage incision and lower/rear canthoplasty.) The consultation with the director was very brief and clear, just the bare minimum. The manager who handled me had a sneering, mocking attitude during the estimate consultation.
