I got underarm toning hair removal (hair removal + whitening). As expected, it was a factory-style clinic, but I figured hair removal wouldn’t really matter much, so I got it done. The doctor is assigned randomly, but they said if it was a male doctor I could be seen right away, while for a female doctor I’d have to wait. So I tried getting treated by a male doctor too, and it wasn’t particularly embarrassing or uncomfortable! After all 3 sessions, the hair definitely seemed a bit weaker and seemed to grow slightly less, but with only 3 sessions I didn’t see a major hair-removal effect, and I think I’ll need at least 10 sessions. The whitening effect also wasn’t very big, but maybe it was just my imagination, I felt like it got slightly brighter. I think it really was just my imagination, but I figured it’s better than not doing it.. Anyway, it seemed generally fine, so I signed up for 3 more sessions!
