I'm posting this in case my information might help someone !! First, I had my primary rhinoplasty and fat grafting done together, and I got the fat grafting since I was already getting my nose done. I was much, much more satisfied with the fat grafting than with my nose.. But after the first round, almost all of it disappeared, and after the second round, about half? of it survived !! After that, I filled the areas where it had gone down with filler hehe. People around me said that when they got fat grafting, the area right under the buttocks where the fat was harvested hurt so much that they were even scared to sit on the toilet, but for me it didn't hurt at all !! Well, it differs from person to person.. I’m so satisfied with my fat grafting that I’d recommend it to anyone here who’s thinking about it hehe
