After the CT scan, I met the consultation manager first, and even though she wasn’t a doctor, she started diagnosing all sorts of things and saying this and that was the problem, and from that moment on I just wanted to go home. The director gave detailed, realistic answers based on the virtual surgery and the CT scan file, and told me clearly not to do the things I shouldn’t do, so I calmed down. After the consultation with the director ended, I had a consultation with the manager about costs. They pressured me to pay a deposit, saying there would be no discount unless I made a same-day reservation. They said I could watch CCTV footage, but then changed their story after the consultation, so trust dropped a lot and I just skipped it comfortably.
