Due to circumstances, I couldn't visit in person, so I sent photos and asked whether quick incisional double eyelid surgery would be possible, and I received an answer. They didn't connect me directly with the director, who must be extremely busy, but the staff were fairly kind. They quickly told me, based on the photos, whether quick incisional surgery was possible or not, but they did not provide answers to questions beyond that through online consultation. They said I would need to visit in person to hear the doctor's opinion. Still, I was grateful that they reviewed my eye photos. I plan to visit in person and get a consultation soon.
