I had a consultation with the director first, then with the manager. Both the director and the manager were unfriendly. Honestly, I had gone with high expectations, so I was a bit disappointed. Out of the four clinics I consulted, this was the only one that said I did not need ptosis correction, so my trust in them dropped as well.
