I waited an hour longer than my reservation time because the director was in surgery ;; But the consultation manager was kind, and the director was kind too. The fact that the director would handle post-op care one-on-one made me trust them more. The consultation fee is 10,000 won, and if you have surgery, it gets deducted from the consultation fee. There is a bit of pressure to book surgery on the same day, but I came from the provinces, so they gave me one more day.
