After several revision surgeries, the last surgery 3 years ago caused the columella of my nose to retract and my alar rim to collapse, twisting my nose so badly that it became hard to breathe. For 3 years I went around to ENT clinics and even famous revision-surgery hospitals because of the functional problem, and after meeting Dr. Goksaem I booked right away and had surgery 2 weeks ago. I really trusted them because they treated me sincerely and not like money. Every time I went in for dressing changes, they didn’t leave it to someone else but personally took dozens of minutes to do it carefully, so I go to the hospital almost 3 days a week (that’s how carefully they take care of me). The surgery is recovering smoothly and being able to breathe well again is moving. I guess what was ruined by plastic surgery should be fixed by plastic surgery. They don’t push surgery recklessly, so if there’s an infection risk, they try to restore as much as possible first, and if that doesn’t work, they split the surgery into stages. I think I’ll probably need a second surgery too, but I’m already very grateful that they restored it this much. A lot of people say the staff are rude, and I felt that way too when I only had the consultation, but the more I got to know them, the kinder everyone’s personalities seemed. I think this place is good for people who want naturalness and safety rather than flashy results, and for those who need reconstruction.
