I visited despite the expensive consultation fee because, after watching YouTube, I thought Director Seo Beom-shin would examine me carefully. I heard he speaks honestly and sends people away if they are not surgical cases, so I went expecting expert advice, but perhaps I expected too much. He did tell me whether he recommended surgery or not, but the consultation was far too short for the fee. It felt empty. I expected a solution for my condition from someone who must have seen so many cases over more than 20 years, but I was disappointed. Before the consultation, a staff member told me the director's consultation would be very long, but that was an unnecessary worry. If, like me, you are going because of a YouTube-generated fantasy, think carefully so you do not waste your consultation fee.
