The clinic atmosphere is really clean and orderly. I went for a consultation to have my nose removed, and they said to leave some cartilage and cover it with AlloDerm. It seems like they don't often do full removal, and they prefer either putting in a thin silicone implant or leaving some cartilage. The consultation was thorough and good, and if not for the price, I think I would have done it hereㅠㅠ It was just too expensive, so I gave up.....ㅜ
