I had buried double eyelids and epicanthoplasty about 10 or 9 years ago. Because one eye was uneven, I only had surgery on one side, so I remember the total cost as 120 for the epicanthoplasty and 50 for the double-eyelid surgery, 170 in all. The doctor was reserved and straightforward, the type to clearly say no when something couldn’t be done. It did have some effect if you do it, but it doesn’t make the eyes that much bigger. He said the outer corners would drop and I’d look softer than I do now, and at first my eyes looked bigger due to overcorrection, but 10 years later they look exactly like that as he said. Still, my eyes do feel a little more open than before. If you want dramatic eyes, I wouldn’t recommend it; if you want natural and safe-looking eyes, I recommend getting a consultation. For a few years after surgery, I occasionally had a slight stabbing feeling near the outer corner, but I’ve still been living without any real problems. I already had severe dry eyes, so it didn’t get worse. I asked for an in-out double eyelid, but he said okay and gave me an in-line one... so now they’re uneven ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠㅠㅠ No one knows I had surgery. Because they’re uneven, people notice even less. Anyway, the doctor has a bit of a stubborn personality. His skills are around as famous as his reputation.
