I visited because I heard Director Gok was a disciple of Dr. Baek from 101, and I had been diagnosed by Dr. Baek before too.. In many ways, I really wanted to get a consultation. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly, just average, but very businesslike. The doctor took the photos himself and used Photoshop to roughly create the shape. He looked closely at what problems I wanted to improve, and on a surgery table-like setup he shone a light and examined my nose in detail. In my case, the septum was crookedㅠ and he said that if the nose were lowered, the asymmetry would probably get worse, so after taking apart the septum and repositioning it, only then could it be lowered in a way that would correct the nostril asymmetry. He also said that would mean general anesthesia, not just sedation. Suddenly it felt like the surgery had become a much bigger deal.. but it seemed like he said it because it was necessary, and he said the autologous dermis would leave a big scar on the buttock, and he couldn't guarantee the absorption rate, so he said not to touch the bridge of the nose. I really felt he was very conscientious and meticulous. When he showed me before-and-after photos, it seemed like he handles very severe noses a lot. He really made them all into normal noses. There were many photos that felt like he made them look human rather than just pretty lines, and it seemed like he prefers natural results with less visible implants. In that respect, it matched what I wanted well, but if you lower a short nose, the nose becomes a bit longer, and I thought the side profile and the columella/nasolabial angle area would not improve as much as I expected, and because it seemed like a big surgery involving general anesthesia and septal repositioning, I passed.. Still, the hospital was really clean and the doctor seemed scholarly and passionate. He examined my nose very carefully and was kind.
