All the staff are kind. When I consulted with the doctor, he said to ask anything I was curious about, took the photos himself, and either showed them with Photoshop on the photos or drew directly on the printed photos by hand to explain. If you're looking for a clinic that is thorough and kind, I think it would be good to go for a consultation.
