The shape definitely came out naturally. It's been a little over a year since I had the surgery. If someone saw it, they wouldn't think it was a nose that had been operated on; it came out so naturally. The shape may change more in the future, so I'll have to keep watching, but so far I'm satisfied with the shape. However, the place where they took the ear cartilage has a slight deformity. There were times when my AirPods slipped a bit away from my ears. Still, I liked that they were willing to take responsibility for the patient as much as possible.
