I had only ever seen reviews before, but after the consultation, the things I didn't know about and the parts that were hard to understand got resolved, so I felt like my worries were solved. I had gone because I was also dealing with sagging and it was hard to choose which lifting procedure would suit me, and they identified my skin type and current level of sagging and made recommendations, which made the consultation feel trustworthy.
