I went for a consultation a year ago. The manager felt kind and sisterly. I went there for buccal fat removal, but the director seemed very busy and said that removing only the buccal fat wouldn't be effective. Then he recommended contouring surgery right away. At that time I knew almost nothing about contouring surgery, so I was shocked as soon as it was recommended. Thinking about it now, I guess he was right.
