First of all, the director was extremely kind. I went after reading reviews that said he looked busy, but when I went, maybe it was a slower time, because he told me to ask anything I wanted and answered all my questions at length and in detail. He also said he wouldn't over-recommend the three procedures and would do as the patient wanted, giving the impression that he values the patient's opinion and decision. The consultation coordinator was kind too, but I felt like they emphasized writing a review a bit too much, and the pricing also felt off because they quoted a high price first and then set the discount so that it only matched other clinics after leaving a review. Still, I was satisfied overall with the consultation.
