I only had a nose consultation. The doctor was busy, so the consultation ended very quickly, and I talked more with the consultant director. For a first surgery, they recommended rib cartilage rather than septal cartilage, and said they would grind up the rib cartilage and insert it. The silicone would be custom-made as Fitme. Overall it was not a consultation where they diagnosed and talked specifically about my nose; it was a general consultation, and the doctor didn't seem very enthusiastic about the surgery. So I chose another hospital.
