The consultation with the doctor felt simple. It would have been better from a patient's perspective if they had been kinder and more detailed in the consultation. I decided to have the surgery after hearing that they had careful surgical skill (from someone who had surgery). It has been 2 years since the surgery and I’m still satisfied. I think they did it very naturally. I think the staff need to treat patients more warmly.
