I went about 2 years ago for a consultation about uneven eyes. The director explained everything in great detail, like a professor teaching a class. I had this feeling that if I had revision surgery here, it would go well? In the end I got it done somewhere else, though. But I remember the front desk staff being rude, so I didn't feel very good about it.
