I got a breast consultation and came back having set a surgery date. The doctor was cheerful and seemed confident about pain. And even though it was just a consultation, they did a breast ultrasound, which surprised me. But the person who kept consulting with me, maybe the manager? kept changing, so it felt a bit chaotic.
