I had a consultation with Director Choi Hyuk-gyu, and he was really great! The doctor answered my questions kindly and communicated well, so I chose this clinic as one of my final candidates. But I’m wondering whether cartilage grafting alone would be enough for my low nasal tip The director said he could do it with just cartilage grafting, without sagging, using a special method, and I’m curious what that method is. It’s my first surgery, so I do want to do it with cartilage grafting only, but I’m also wondering whether I need a bulbous nose surgery, so I feel torn! And seeing only good reviews actually makes me worry even more, and I’m also disappointed and uneasy that there are no YouTube videos from people who actually had the surgery.
