At first, while going in for consultations before the surgery, I did not feel they were particularly kind. They recommended a surgery suited to my condition, and since safety and skill matter more than kindness, I chose this hospital. The director's consultation is actually even kinder now that I am their own patient than before the surgery, and the assigned chief manager is also quite attentive. There are many hospitals that are only kind during consultations and then switch attitudes and act like they do not care once you pay, so the opposite here is reassuring. It has not been long since the surgery, so I do not know the result yet, but it seems to have gone safely, so I am looking forward to it. I also chose this place because they have CCTV installed, an anesthesiology specialist, and a nose-specialist director who only does noses.
