This place is really the worstㅠ I came here for a rhinoplasty consultation. First of all, the manager and staff are all rude and disrespectful. There were lots of reviews saying the doctor was kind and thorough, but when I met him in person, yes, he was kind, but I didn’t like him as much as the reviews made it sound. The manager really drags down the image. The price was around 250 at other places, but here they quoted me over 500. They pressure you to make a reservation (absolutely do not book on the same day). I didn’t know anything and made a same-day reservation and even got blood tests done. They drew my blood badly, so the bruise still hasn’t gone away after more than 2 weeks. And they say they won’t refund the 100,000 won blood test fee ㅋㅋ It’s annoying and a hassle to argue over 100,000 won anyway, but I’m angry because the hospital’s attitude is truly hopeless. How do I attach this bruise photo and receipt photo? It only lets me attach before-and-after photos, and maybe because I’m on an iPhone, when I tap ‘Select file’ the gallery doesn’t open and only documents show up;; Anyway, before going for the consultation I really went in thinking I’d have surgery here, so I’m disappointed and upset too. Everyone, please choose carefully and make sure to get a consultation.
