The manager did not pressure me to book and was kind. The doctor also drew the nose for me and explained the surgery method well. However, I don't know if another consultation was already scheduled afterward, but the director seemed to be in a hurry. I couldn't ask many questions and then he left right away, so I was a bit taken aback. Other than that, it was fine.
