I got my nose tip buried sutured double eyelid surgery from the same director here, and I was satisfied with both, so I went ahead with alar reduction too. When I first had nose surgery, they didn’t recommend alar reduction because my nostrils were small, but in the end it was such a complex for me that I went back for another consultation and proceeded. Before surgery, my nostrils were asymmetrical and one side was long and narrow. Every time I consulted, they kept telling me that if I reduced the alar base, the nostril shape could look artificial (110V), so I went ahead knowing that. But after surgery, the nostril asymmetry improved a lot and the nostrils didn’t end up much smaller. (The bottom part of the nostrils was steep, and they corrected that area, which made the result good.) The alar base got smaller and the nostril shape actually improved. I think I spent 6 to 7 million won here on my eyes and nose alone, and I don’t regret a single bit of it, seriously great.
