This isn't a surgery hospital, it's literally a clinic center. There is a system where they evaluate the staff on the way out after treatment, so overall the staff are relatively kind. Even if you make a reservation, the basic wait is over 30 minutes. There are always a lot of people. They have a lot of sales, so check carefully and go accordingly.
