The doctor wasn’t especially warm, but explained very professionally what would improve and what wouldn’t. Other people say it’s very expensive, but for me it was the cheapest among the hospitals I visited so far! Luckily they hadn’t used ear cartilage for the first surgery, so I think that’s why. This was the last clinic I consulted, so if I don’t go with another single-doctor clinic, I think I’ll end up choosing this one!
