The consultation with the director was very professional and detailed. They explained the surgical method in an easy-to-understand way. But I was aiming for a natural result and wanted the least possible intervention, yet unlike consultations at other clinics, they said implants plus ear cartilage and costal cartilage would also be needed, so I ended up hesitating about the decision. Overall, it felt a little hectic and like a factory, but it was a clinic I could trust surgically and that was kind.
